Last 2 weeks ago, there are some backup tat need not use Scheduled Task to run, i know tat.
and when i realized the backup have some problem, i called HK support, what the result they told me is "U R WRONG!ask ur senior!!" damn, so pissed off.
So i asked the "senior" or somehow called them "PIONEER", he said u just have to see the LOG file to check the completion of the task, ok, i do tat, but till now the backup still the same as last time. HALO, DO U KNOW WE GOT NEW PROCEDURE FOR THIS SERVER BACKUP ARRRRR ??i mentioned this to him , he said, ya meh ? dun know wor....WTF ?
ok....now i checked back the status of the backup, fyi.......................is hung...no one bother about it anyway. and i shud be the one who escalte this problem and get scolded again by the TS in HK. And i be the shield of MIL Ops again......
