CNY la finally...guess u guys busy around visiting cousins brother sisters or frens...hehe...but lately i have been stay at home only >.< cos working at night sometimes...tats y u see me very very less update my blog, sorry to my reader...sorry to myself =( well...after waking up from a warmy nice sleeps, while im sitting there watching Asian Food Channel, OMG....i bought 2 pieces of salmon fish while im shopping at Tesco last 2 weeks =X, so i defrozed it and decided to make something....just for eat...=) here u go..

ingredient :
a piece of salmon fish fillet(better! but i putting too much in this recipes>.<), green bean(cut suits ur shape), garlic(not chop but slices), 2 potatoes(boiled and take off the skins), lemon pepper spice, umeshu(which my sister bought back from japan which i cant finished until now >.<)

*1st, 2 salmons slices marinated by umeshu and lemon pepper spice*


*2nd, cut the salmons slices to a piece by a piece, remember ! must be even ya!*
*beside is the cut-ed bean.*


*3rd, add some virgin olive oil into the hotpan. *
*put in the bean, fry until its soft tat suits ur taste, add some salts, MUST TRY it b4 u add another scope or spoon, but im using my finger to take the salt, incase too much, finger still can control.*
*add in garlic slices, to abstract the favor.*


*4th, add fillet, stir stir fry fry~*
*last is................add potatoes together, stir stir again~*
*u can still add some salt to adjust the favor =)*


*last, find urself a better looking plate, my plate is me simply find one>.<*

Q & A :
Q - why u use umeshu in ur recipe ?
A - u can use any liquor or without liquor or non alcohol. i just wanna add
some favor and it can prevent the smell of the fishes...but not too much ya ^^"

Q - can i put water when im frying my fish and bean?
A - ermm....better dun, this is bcos the fish is about to flow out some water, u know...fish is WET!
so, add in water ? a no no ^^
